The successful applicant will be joining a leader within the cycling industry who represent market leading brands and work with big names in the industry. The current team is perfectly suited for an individual who is enthusiastic, self motivated, organized, a great communicator and enjoys developing and delivering proactive marketing ideas
You will be involved in a wide range of marketing and brand management. Key roles will include; product selection, competitor monitoring (and analysis), pricing, purchasing, supplier liaison, developing the marketing strategy for a particular range of products, on and offline marketing activities, sales, event attendance and managing product exposure and relationships with the cycling media.
The broad range of responsibilities this position offers will mean that in addition to excellent interpersonal skills you will also need to be PC literate, have a strong commercial awareness and have an interest in cycling.
While it is not essential; experience gained in the cycling or a related industry would be advantageous as would a relevant degree and / or CIM qualifications. Strong business acumen and the ability to work cross functionally are essential.
